Black Teas

The Camellia sinensis plant gives us Oolong, Green, White and Black teas, but black tea is stronger in flavor. It retains is flavor much longer and has been shown to reverse certain coronary artery diseases, heighten mental awareness, treat headaches and lower blood pressure. Because of their full-bodied flavor, they are oftentimes best when blended with sugar or milk. They also make great iced teas.
